Dolphin Telecom Reporting Channel
As part of the AFR-IX telecom group, Dolphin Telecom makes available to interested parties the Group’s Reporting Channel, established pursuant to the terms of Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption. This Channel allows employees of Dolphin Telecom and of the AFR-IX Group, as well as third parties with a legitimate interest, to report to the person responsible for the Internal Reporting System, confidentially and, optionally, anonymously, any infringements relating to:
- Any acts or omissions that may constitute infringements of the applicable law.
- Acts or omissions that may constitute a criminal offence or a serious or very serious administrative offence.
Filing a report
To file a report, a communication must be sent to canaletico@afr-ix.com, which should include, where applicable:
- Details regarding the alleged infringement.
- Supporting documentation, if possible.
- Identification of the persons directly responsible for the alleged infringement.
- Identification details of the reporting person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the report may be submitted anonymously and will be processed in the same manner.
- Address, e-mail or other secure means for the purposes of receiving notifications.
It is also possible to request a face-to-face meeting or a telephone call with the Compliance Officer.
We inform you that the alleged infringement may also be reported to the competent authorities.
Once the report has been received, it will be handled by the Group’s Compliance Officer, who is also responsible for the Internal Reporting System. The handling of the report will follow the terms established by law.
Protection of the whistleblower’s identity and the prohibition of retaliation are guaranteed.
The information provided will be processed confidentially, applying appropriate measures to ensure its proper use and to safeguard the rights and interests of all persons involved.
The data will be stored in the Internal Reporting System only for the period strictly necessary to decide on the appropriateness of opening an investigation, in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable law and data protection regulations.
